Просмотр попытки		Биологический факультетЗавершены8,00The article is devoted to the problem of chronic wounds healing and mechanisms of influence aspirin on this process.   According to the author the chronic wounds is a big problem which many people with diabetes face.     Author tells about research that shown negative affect of aspirin on production of molecule called 12-HHT. It plays an important role I wounds healing. They also found that synthetic mimic of BLT2 – receptor of 12-HHT – may help to heal wounds.   In conclusion author tells that this study may help to choose the right medicine  to help people with the chronic wounds.

Researchers from Japan discovered that high dose of aspirin makes problems with healing of wounds because of 12-HHT molecules reducing, which helps formation of keratinocytes. Finally, we need to find right ways of using aspirin for good health for all of us.

There are many chronic deseases and it is highly important to understand, how to treat them more effectivelly. The keratinocytes play a crucial role in the wound healing. Moreover, the scientists have found out how migration of this cells is regulated. The trigger for this process is 12-HHT which is released as a result of skin injury. The aspirin decreased the level of this molecule and, hence, should be used carefully. The combination of approches are required for wound healing.

According to a study published in The Journal of Experimental Medicine, aspirin can interfere with skin healing. Furthemore, wound healing is a complex process of keratinocytes migration. Japanese scientists have suggested that the main role in this process belongs to the 12-HHT molecule and the BLT2 receptor. However, high doses of aspirin can reduce the amount of 12-HHT and as a result slowing down this process. In conclusion, results of this study can be used in the development of new treatments. 92 words

The mechanism is in decreasing of 12-HHT level, which produced when blood coagulates. This molecule interacts with a receptor of keratinocytes, played a key role in the process of restoration. Consequently, lack of 12-HHT defects the migration of keratinocytes across the wound and can become a cause of chronic wounds. Although adding receptor's synthetic mimic accelerated the healing process, optimal treatment will require combined approaches probably. To sum up, this research can help to avoid negative effects and find drugs promoted to treating chronic wounds.

According to the text, scientists were able to study the features of blood coagulation during skin healing, where two types of molecules and the receptor play a significant role. The conclusion is that patients with chronic wounds need to use aspirin with caution. This study will allow in the future creating a medicine that will heal chronic wounds.
